Movie Night with Sher-bear
Okay! I'm at arashihime's, and am curently having the best time of my life in 10 months! XD

We rented movies! unfortunately, noone was able to find a copy of Woo. But we were still able to rent "Don't be a Menace to South Central while Drinking Your Juice in the Hood" XD One of the few movies on G.O. that I liked! XD She really liked it! Even though it kinda dragged at the end.... :P

Then we watched "Hedwig and the Angry Inch". A movie I have heard much about, but have never actually seen. Classic story of "East german boy meets boy, gets sex change operation, moves to America, loses boy, starts a rock band, meets boy in babysitting gig, falls for boy, loses boy when boy finds out that girl is actually a boy, boy goes on to unfullfilling career stalking boy he made into a rock star, meets boy again, starts to fall for boy, loses boy again and then find happiness with the bearded lady. XD

Lemme see what points I have to make about this one....

1: Hedwig's rock star boyfriend AND his bassist were HOT!
2: The thing I love about indy films is their ability to bring in the "crushing reality" factor... like the idea that "This could REALLY happen..." Nothing does that better than indy flicks...
3:The songs and story were great, although slightly depressing.
4: Alberta Watson was in this! :3 I loved her as "Madeline" in "La Femme Nikita", and it was great seeing her again! :3
